How does baby gear rental in Crete work with Holiday Stork?
Book online in a few minutes, tell us your flight and where you are staying. We hand over clean, checked gear at Heraklion Airport or deliver it to your hotel, villa or apartment anywhere in Crete, and collect it when you leave.
Which areas of Crete do you cover?

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery and pick-up cost €13 at Heraklion Airport, in Heraklion city and in the north coast resorts from Agia Pelagia to Malia, the Chania region costs €32 and the rest of Crete €26. It is one fee per booking, not per item.
Can you meet us at Heraklion Airport when we land?
Yes. We meet you in the arrivals hall with your stroller ready and fit the car seat in your rental car before you drive off. Delivery and pick-up at the airport cost €13 per booking.
What happens if our flight is delayed?
Add your flight number when you book. We track it and adjust the hand-over time, at no extra cost.
How do you clean the equipment?
Every item is washed, steam-cleaned and sanitised after each rental, fabrics are laundered, and each item is checked for safety and wear before it goes out again.
Are your car seats safe and up to date?
Our car seats meet the current European standards (i-Size R129 or R44), are never more than a few years old and are never rented after an accident. We help you fit the seat in your rental car.
Do taxis and transfers in Crete provide child car seats?
Not always, and when they do it may not suit your child's age or weight. If you use taxis or transfers, book a belt-fitted car seat that works in any car.
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental is 4 days. Prices are per item per day and include VAT.
What does damage protection cover?
Damage protection is optional and costs €7.79 per rental, for any number of items. It covers scratches, stains, breakage, falls, knocks during transport and loss of parts.
How do I pay?
Securely online by card when you book. You receive a receipt by email straight away.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellations up to 48 hours before your arrival are refunded in full.
Do you rent baby equipment outside Crete?
Not yet. Holiday Stork focuses on Crete so we can offer the best service on the island.
